Based on numerical control technology, a traction reduction and correction device for upper arm fracture is proposed and designed in this paper. Drawing lessons from numerical control technology, the device is equipped with four working platforms: X-axis, Y-axis, Z-axis and rotating axis. The rotating shaft adopts the structure of motor+rotating shaft to realize the rotation movement of bones. We can choose the model of the motor according to the tension provided by the screw; according to the lead, stroke and nominal diameter of the screw, the rated static load of the screw meets the requirements; calculate the allowable torque of the coupling according to the motor speed, and then query and select the model of the coupling according to the calculated allowable torque; check the torsional stiffness of the rotating shaft according to the diameter and length of each shaft section. This subject replaces manpower with machinery, which solves the problem that manual reduction cannot be reduced due to insufficient reduction force, and is an innovation of medical equipment in the treatment of upper arm fracture.
