Cloud computing provides the solutions for various problems such as provisioning, licensing, distributing, configuring etc. and it is being used for reducing complexities, costs and also provides revenue to the clients based on Service Level Agreement i.e. SLA. SLA is an agreement which is established in between Software as Service providers and clients to define the Quality of Service i.e. QoS. QoS is a parameter which is used for improving the satisfactory level of customer known as Customer Satisfaction Level i.e. CSL. To achieve a satisfied CSL, it requires some queuing policies so that fair allocation of resources and VMs are possible. To take care of the fair allocation of VMs a secure Fair Queuing i.e. FQ algorithm is required. According to my proposed methodology queuing is a secure technique, by following this technique every VM can reach to its perfect fairness, where perfect fairness means VMs are able to balance the incoming slotted loads with the help of slotted round robin technique and for providing security it uses an asymmetric key cryptography technique namely RSA as well as my proposed methodology is also responsible for minimizing the service cost and improving the CSL. In this paper, we propose SLA and Fair Queuing based secure slotted Round Robin Load Balancing Approach for cloud data centers to minimize the cost by minimizing the requirement of resource and fair allocation of VMs and improve CSL by minimizing SLA violations. The proposed load balancing algorithm also takes cares of the security of resources with the help of RSA algorithm.
