In this paper, graphene composite heat dissipation coatings with different proportions were prepared and applied to carbon steel substrate. The SiC diode is encapsulated on the substrate of graphene composite heat dissipation coating and traditional anticorrosive coating respectively, and then use the method of positive buck to test junction temperature and thermal resistance. Found that under the condition of the same SiC diode power, coated graphene composite thermal coating substrate encapsulation of SiC diode junction temperature than encapsulated in the traditional coating anticorrosive coating substrate most reduced 10°C, thermal resistance was reduced by 16.7%, most showed that coated graphene composite cooling coating substrates better heat dissipation performance.
