摘要

It is an important development form that large-scale cluster wind power access to the power grid in China. The active power control strategy for wind power with nested transmission section constraints has become an important way to improve the utilization of the transmission capacity. However, since the control delay isn't taken into consideration by the current active power control strategy, there exists a potential that section power flow exceeds its limitation. To this end, this paper firstly studies the control framework of cluster wind power and puts forward the calculation method of active power control delay for wind power. Then a calculation method of section warning value considering the control delay is proposed which is used to improve the current cluster wind power active power control strategy. Finally, the benefits of the proposed method are verified based on its actual application in a certain regional power grid in China.
