In this paper, a graphene metasurface is developed to reduce mutual coupling between high profile monopole antenna operating at lower THz frequency band. Here, an array of parasite loaded graphene split ring resonator is used to design the metasurface. The metasurface layer is analyzed by the surface impedance model of graphene. By loading the graphene metasurface between the two monopole, 12 dB improvement in the isolation level has been achieved without compromising the antenna performance.
