摘要

Traditionally, power system planning issue only deals with the planning of power source and power grid. With the development of power systems, demand response is becoming an important element that can contribute to the power supply-demand balance. Besides, efficiency power plant is attracting people's attention because it is an effective means for the energy saving mission. Based on this background, this paper proposes a novel source-grid-load coordinated planning model considering demand response and efficiency power plant. This model aims to find the optimal expansion solution for all the resources in power source side, power grid side and power load side. A numerical study based on the IEEE 30 bus system verifies the effectiveness and superiority of this model.
