Vacuum thermal tests are used to verify the correctness of thermal design for artificial satellites or other spacecraft, which were carried out in a spatial environment simulator, to ensure that the spacecraft can be long-term in the ultra-high vacuum, ultra-low temperature and external heat flow environment, long-term reliable operation. The existing vacuum thermal test software is relatively fragmented, the data stored in many places, cannot be centralized management, pre-detection of low degree of automation. In order to solve these problems, design a set of vacuum thermal test management system. Through the analysis of test business processes and the overall system architecture, use of workflow technology, connect these functions to a platform, including test management, pre-detection, vacuum thermal test operation, instrument and equipment asset information, sensor management, etc. The whole process can be achieving of vacuum thermal test unified management. The designs of both function and database of management system were completed by LabVIEW and SQL Server. The system functions were validated through a formal test, and the management of vacuum thermal test were realized which could meet the application requirements of the test personnel.
