摘要

A fault tree modular diagnosis method based on relative importance degree is proposed in this paper due to the complexity of the fault of hydraulic system. The relative importance of the module and the minimum cut set is calculated on the basis of the decomposed fault tree module. It realizes the fast fault location. The analysis of fault examples shows that the location of fault diagnosis will be more accurate with the richness of the fault tree knowledge base. And the location efficiency will be improved. The research of this paper can provide the basis for further research on fault diagnosis expert system of agricultural machinery hydraulic system, and also has important significance to improve the intelligent level of agricultural machinery equipment.
