During the intelligent manufacturing process, the status fluctuation of the product quality could be reflected the stability of the manufacturing process to a certain extent. Aiming at the multi-dimensional heterogeneous information of the equipment operating and the product quality information, a new kind of two-level event-driven service BESPES architecture would be proposed. The hierarchical structure of events and services for multi-dimensional heterogeneous status information (MDHSIS) based on the status fluctuation would be analyzed, the flow would be established which would be used during the monitoring, responding and servicing process of the product quality information and the running status information in the intelligent manufacturing process. The virtualized mapping between the information resources and the event-driven services would be completed under the event-driven service system (SOA-EDA) and the fusion, status' associating analysis and decision of the multi-dimensional heterogeneous information of the intelligent manufacturing process would be realized. Through these above methods, the problems of manufacturing process monitoring and product quality controlling would be solved and a technical approach would be provided in order to monitor the reliably operating and the health level of the intelligent manufacturing process.
