L-UTSOI: Best in-class compact modeling solution for FD-SOI technologies

In this article, we describe L-UTSOI, a standard compact model dedicated to FD-SOI technologies, built to describe accurately the device characteristics in all bias configurations. Used in industrial Process Design Kits for years, L-UTSOI is a highly mature model and its strong physical background makes it the best in-class solution for current and future FD-SOI technology applications.
