Conclusions: Two step crosslinking process was very effective in the cell-loaded hydrogel synthesis and infiltration in the Ti-6A1-4V scaffolds with interconnected porosities. The hydrogel was characterized by a pore size of ~40-60 μm and equilibrium water content of ~97%.
