Conclusions: Use of low-level programming language is an easy and efficient way to customize the internal microstructural design of the scaffold in order to mimic the non-uniform internal porous structure of natural bone. This approach is useful for any scaffolds of any shape and size ranging from small defects in periodontal and maxillofacial to large defects in long bones / orthopedics.
