A Fast-degrading Thiol-acrylate Hydrogel as a Cell Carrier for Craniofacial Bone Regeneration

Conclusions: Combining our in vitro and in vivo data, 5wt% PEGDA hydrogel allowed for increased proliferation of DPSC and BMSC cells and subsequently higher bone formation. Importantly, the fast degrading hydrogel was well-tolerated by the surrounding tissue.
