Conclusions: PLG-High may be more effective than PDLA-Low and PLG-Low to reduce clinical scores, which may result from the ability to redirect inflammatory monocytes in vivo, with accumulation of particles in the spleen. Furthermore, the particles may also influence the viability and function of these cells.
