A better prediction of boundary-layer transition in hypersonic cruise and entry vehicles, is necessary to optimize their designs. Boundary layer stability allows to study transition by modelling the physics of the early stages of perturbation propagation. This work studies, through Linear Stability Theory, a flat plate at two different Mach numbers and using different flow assumptions, profiting of the solvers generated by VESTA's Automatic Derivation & Implementation Tool.
