Memristors are non-volatile memory elements. The application of memristors in logic operations have recently gained importance and are being investigated. In applications like mem-computing, where memory acts both as a site for storing data and logic computations, memristors provide a promising future. The work presented in this paper describes multiple techniques of using memristors to build array multipliers. We present designs based on material implication, MAD and current mirror logic and provide a comparative analysis of the described techniques in the context of array multipliers. Metrics like area and latency are compared to previous works.
