Corrosion is one of the major problems faced by the oil and gas industry, especially in wells operating in sour conditions. One of the economically advantageous methods for preventing the hydrogen sulfide corrosion is the applying of corrosion inhibitors. Corrosion processes depend on a series of factors: aggressive mediums, character of phases, the rate of reaction flow, composition of metal, presence of other gases (CO_2, O_2) in medium etc. The sunflower oil was nitrated NO_2 in a nitrogen flow, which prevents the hydrolysis process and thereby, there is no destruction of the ether group. The nitrated oil and its compositions with alkylamines was tested as a inhibitor of hydrogen sulfide corrosion in a biphasic medium kerosene of 1% aqueous NaCl 1:9, containing 500 mg/1 H_2S in a presence of witness sample Steel-3. As an alkylamines octyl-,dioktyl-,nonyl-and undecil amines have been used. Triglycerides contained in oil remain unchanged and form complexes with nitro product. As it is known the composition of sunflower oil contains fatty acids with several double bonds. The synergism of the action of alkylamines and nitrated sunflower oil during the protection of steel fromcorrosion H_2S was revealed. It have been determined, that by, increase of hydrocarbon radical chain length in alkyl amine efficiency of composition is increased. Degree defense of the different composition, taken the equal concentration (100 mg/l) in molar correlation 1:9 make up: for composition with octylamine 78.0%, for composition with nonylamine 85.8%, for composition with undecilamine 99.0%. Efficiency defense fromcorrosion also depend frommol correlation of nitroderivative and alkylamine and also on the length of alkyl radical in alkylamine. By increase of mol correlation of the same component in composition , defense efficiency sharply change. The obtained nitrated oil is characterized by physical-chemical indications and IR-spectral analysis.
