City Dashboards: The Case of Trieste Trieste Overview

摘要

The paper talks about the concept and the development of a city dashboard for Trieste named "Trieste Overview". This tool is created with the purpose of informing users, through the social network's institutional profiles and the links to the main smart instruments, about activities and services offered by Trieste. The project integrates the process undertaken by the municipality to achieve the technological standards of a smart city.
