Expression quantitative trait loci (eQTL) network construction has been an important task in understanding functional relationships in genomics. In this paper, we construct an integrative microRNA eQTL network based on a label propagation framework using TCGA ovarian cancer data. Label propagation is a robust semi-supervised learning algorithm capable of handling multiple heterogeneous networks reflecting different types of genetic interactions. Elucidation of the interactions involved in multiple networks provide more insight in the dynamics of cancer progression.
