We are in a Internet+ Era, intrusion detection(ID) and applications are paid much attention because people have higher demand to level of information security. ID is a recognition process to attempted, generating and generated intrusions. Traditional ID haven't achieved promising effect owing to varieties of attacks from hacks, so intelligent ID are utilized more and more widerly. This paper come up with a Novel intelligent ID model called LE-MPSO-BP by combining LE(Laplacian Eigenmaps) and MPSO-BP(Modified PSO-BP). Aiming at KDD CUP99, we can do stimulating experiments to prove that this model has relatively better detection rate and faster velocity and some generalization ability, compared with some recent two-years related modified ID models.
