Government agency such as regional disaster management agency (BPBD) needs to monitor the rapid water level change that has the potential to cause flood while considering the volume and accuracy of sensor data transmission. The problem is multiple river stages are required to be monitored at the same time so the sensors must transmit data to the cloud server simultaneously. Therefore, a platform to handle many sensors transmitting a large volume of data for monitoring rapid water level change is required. This paper proposes a robust flood monitoring platform to handle data from multitudes of sensors. The platform combines the Go programming language, NGINX web server, few libraries, two databases, and uses Message Queueing Telemetry Transport (MQTT) protocol. Few experiments are set up to test the platform's usability and robustness when receiving transmission from many sensors. The proposed platform can handle data transmission and manages the sensor information from multiple sources. Also, the platform is functional and indicates low CPU usage when storing data from multiple sensors.
