A message delivery system using a message queue telemetry transport (MQTT) protocol and a method for delivering a message are provided. According to the present invention, a service providing server of a message delivery system using the MQTT protocol generates a first unique topic for a first electronic device using unique identification information given to the first electronic device requesting the issuance of an MQTT message, and generates and transmits a first MQTT message including the generated first unique topic. An MQTT broker receives the first MQTT message transmitted from the service providing server and relays the first MQTT message so that a second electronic device subscribing to the first MQTT message can be received, and the second electronic device identifies the first electronic device requesting the issuance of the first MQTT message by analyzing the first MQTT message received through the MQTT broker.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
