摘要

Indonesia is an archipelago country that quite often experienced an earthquake. This is because Indonesia is in a meeting area between the Eurasian, Indo-Australian and Pacific plates. Utilization of Twitter as one of the microblogs are quite popular by the public to exchange information allows to be utilized in conducting analysis, especially earthquakes that always informed by BMKG. Data mining can be used to process data sourced from Twitter. In doing data mining techniques required a learning algorithm that is Decision Tree to classify the impact of the earthquake that occurred in Indonesia during December 2016 until May 2017. This will certainly provide information related to whether the impact of the earthquake that generally occurs in Indonesia is large or not.
