摘要

High-speed mechanical switch is the important device of high-voltage direct current(HVDC) circuit breaker. In the paper, a high-speed vacuum mechanical switch composed of the bistable spring retaining device and electro-magnetic repulsion mechanism is proposed. The simulation model of high-speed mechanical switch is established. The simulation analysis of multi-field coupling including electro-magnetic field, temperature field and motion field is carried out. The influence factors of the dynamic characteristics of high-speed mechanical switch and the characteristics of temperature distribution in repulsion coil are obtained. Then the influence of coil turns on the opening rebound of high-speed mechanical switch is analyzed and discussed. The optimal parameters of high-speed mechanical switch are determined by Multi-field coupling analysis The results show that the high-speed mechanical switch designed in this paper can reach the rated insulated opening distance of 20mm in 1.8ms.
