Yamaguchi University reformed ICT curriculum. This paper shows the result about educational effect of the new curriculum. Through the class evaluation questionnaire, we understood that the contents of information security and morals (ISM) had difficult both of students and the teachers. As a result, we understood need to revise contents of ISM. Furthermore, we found students were interested in information security and coding and the certification in contents of ISM. In addition, we found students were too unconcerned for the information morals. It is necessary to make the united syllabus and teaching materials reflected the result of the questionnaires. Finally, we found developmentally disabled students increased while paying attention about ISM using the Internet.
