Innovative infrastructure for SmartCity/SmartEnvironment applications

The SmartCity/SmartEnviroment applications are developing in the same time as the digital intelligence creating new solutions for the people needs who live in town or in villages. The complete integration of these applications and the projection of a general structure are a general challenge. This document presents an innovative infrastructure, implemented in a SmartCity context (the data collected can improve the human life) based on four principals: availability, big coverage area, easy connection with the user and efficient notification. This way, the solution will also cover multiple interfaces between the infrastructure described below and the human user in order to increase their interaction (a web interface running on the cloud and an android application which runs at the client side).
