Supply chain model for university Al Azhar Indonesia in the field of education

To secure their bright future students will compete to enter quality university. Conversely, favorite universities will work hard to get quality students. To keep the favorite status universities will do every effort to maintain their qualities in educating their students. This study aimed to develop a statistical model for education supply chain management and identify most important factors and measure their impact to education development and education assessment areas. 8 hypothesis were tested against two areas (planning and assessment) in four factors, namely (1) programs establishment, (2) university culture, (3) faculty capabilities, and (4) facilities. Data was collected using questionnaires with 100 respondents comprising 4 from strategic level, 19 from planning level, and 77 from operating level in the university hierarchy. The model was created with AMOS 18 software with the path diagram depicting the graphics output, then inputs entered in the form of questionnaire feedback. The results for the development model of education showed a dominant influence on the strategic level for university culture factor. Whereas for the assessment model of education, the level of planning for the establishment program factors showed dominant influence.
