Development of a website-based decision tree system in data mining concept

Vocational replacements suddenly make complicated matters in Vocational High School. Vocational moves often occur in early classes such as before mid-odd semester or during the period of student guidance. This condition causes existing data from the acceptance of new learners to related sections, initially used for attendance data, report card and financial data will change drastically. Sources of data to be used as research objects, taken from the data acceptance of new learners last 5 years. The problem of this vocational movement can be predicted by using one of the concept of data mining that is decision tree with website based so that it can assist the manager in preparing the administration comprehensively and on time. This research uses C4.5 algorithm with PHP programming language as a tool to determine decision tree from selected sample data. The purpose of developing this system will produce a rule that can be implemented to predict the likelihood of a vocational transfer student in Vocational High School.
