摘要

Digital reconstructed neural population helps us acquire the structural information of brain, and have a better understanding of how brain works. A series of advances in molecule labelling and imaging technologies have enabled us to image the brain-wide neuronal population at micron spatial resolution. There reported automatic reconstruction method to acquire the digital neuron reconstruction. However, as the fiber of the neuron is sometimes very dense, small mistakes in traced branches lead to big uncertainty of the overall results, thus human intervention is necessary. Here we build a tool for editing of neuron population reconstruction in 3D space.
