Within this paper, an overview of the tools and mechanisms used by OHB System to manage internal and external innovations is given, together with practical examples of its application. It starts with an introduction to OHB System and a small history. It will then provide an overview of the innovation management practices adopted at OHB System and finally provide practical examples of their implementation.
