Space activity development in the Earth orbit and outer space exploration have formed new prospective areas for space equipment operation both in orbital service provision (OSP) of operating satellites and space debris mitigatioa The issue deals with scientific, technical, legal and environmental aspects. In all cases, orbital service task solution is connected with the necessity of service space vehicle (SV) to perform the following operations in space: rendezvous with non-cooperative client vehicles or space debris (non-cooperative space object, NCSO) or capture/docking followed by interorbital transportation.
