Combined Systems Inc. and Optech Ventures join forces in non-lethal tech project

Combined Systems Inc. has announced an exclusive agreement with Optech Ventures LLC to manufacture, market and distribute Optech's patented Light Emitting Diode Incapacitator ("LEDI") technology to military, public safety and home land security markets worldwide. CSI plans to begin pro ducing the LEDI handheld device for market launch in late 2010.
