More and more businesses use self-service kiosk applications as a cost-cutting means. However, many kiosk applications today were designed without a deep understanding of users. Kiosk users have needs that are more demanding than users in other channels. I'm proposing an extreme writing approach that aims at not only raising the awareness of kiosk users' characteristics, but also demanding highly disciplined writing in the kiosk environment.
