Conclusions / Recommendations: 1. Improve passenger connection process. 2. Develop recovery capabilities. 3. If hub-and-spoke, hub operations are key. 4. Aircraft maintenance prediction can help with a significant root cause. Future (Ongoing) Work: 1. Study industry performance standards (>15m). 2. Apply on other airlines. 3.
