When delay propagates it is often through passenger connections. 4. It seems like there is a threshold above which the network "collapses". 5. Methodology as a contribution itself. Conclusions / Recommendations: 1. Improve passenger connection process. 2. Develop recovery capabilities. 3. If hub-and-spoke, hub operations are key. 4. Aircraft maintenance prediction can help with a significant root cause. Future (Ongoing) Work: 1. Study industry performance standards (＞15m). 2. Apply on other airlines. 3.
