As consultants in the TT&L industry we have met many customers struggling to plan their resources efficiently. We have met Manpower Planning teams who were on the edge of despair spending most of their time on extensively copying data from one source to another or chasing stakeholders for information. They were either using historically-grown Excel documents or tools that did not support their planning needs and processes.
