摘要

Firstly, the fatigue strength of container ship hatch coaming structural detail is studied by Spectral Fatigue Analysis in this paper, and influencing factors are investigated. Secondly, corrosion effects with uncertainty are introduced, and thus the probabilistic characteristics under simultaneous uniform corrosions (however, with different scales) throughout the cargo tank structure are obtained, and surrogate models are built to replace the Finite Element Analyses that are time consuming. Additionally, corrosion models are modified so as to deal with the gradual corrosion problem while maintain probabilistic features. Finally, the fatigue strength's probabilistic characteristics as a function of time is investigated numerically, and regression form models are derived.
