Through the hybrid curing system it is possible to produce the conductive adhesive material that is capable of selective curing. The post-curing process is affected by the order of curing. There are also several types of silver particles to implement conductivity, and the degree of cure and conductivity are considerably different depending on the type of particles. In particular, it is most efficient to select particles with a hybrid structure to impart high conductivity.
