Curing Behavior and Adhesion Performance of Acrylic PSAs with different Curing Agent Contents

We confirmed different cross linked PSA via gel fraction results. In lap shear test, shear stress increased with the curing agent content up to 0.1 phr, and drops with further increase in curing agent. It is attributed to the increasing wettability of adhesive up to a maximum value 0.1 phr for the acrylic PSA, where maximum wettability is observed. Shear strain at max stress results showed similar trend due to the same reason.
