Making low level AC voltage measurements with DVM

摘要

The paper describes a method for the measurement of small alternating voltages, from 20 nV to 20 mV and higher, at frequencies up to 400 Hz. Particular attention is given to measurement at frequencies close but not equal to that of the mains. An application of the developed method to the characterization of reference current-to-voltage converters based on multistage current transformers is considered.
