摘要

A compartmental mathematical model is constructed in order to describe the transmission dynamics of Zika virus. The threshold value of the disease is illustrated by using the basic reproduction number R0. Some parameters influence the threshold value crucially are analysed in this paper. Then the optimal control problem based on the model is produced, and several reasonable and suitable control strategies are suggested to the prevention and control the Zika virus.
