In view of the problem of the traditional air brake limitation, this paper puts forward a kind design for car control device (car control device, CCD) which uses the Microchip company's master control chip DSPIC30F6011A and Echelon company's power line smart transceiver PL3120. This design combined with the hardware circuit and software design experience at home and abroad advanced, the joint modeling and simulation of AMESim and Simulink are used to simulate the design of the system, the simulation results and the theoretical analysis are compared and analyzed, and the design system is continuously improved and perfected. The results show that the device can be used for the train control and emergency braking, and the brake cylinder pressure can be accurately controlled. When the brake cylinder pressure value exceeds the normal range, the system timely got alarm and protection, which can ensure the safe operation of the train successfully. The design can meet the requirements of engineering application.
