the paper emphasizes on the main targets that should be achieved in an intelligent meaningful high quality education process. The main steps of a convenient electric bicycle transport vehicle design are considered, together with some important practical targets that should be taken under consideration during that process. The paper underlines the need for regular complete study of all ecological problems at schools and universities, and contemporary methods for their solution, because each person can contribute both to increase them and to solve them.
