摘要

Organic/inorganic hybrid perovskite of CH3NH3PbBr3 as a light emitting diode (LED) is investigated in this report. The synthesize method of the perovskite as well as the UV/visible absorption, and electroluminescence characteristics of the perovskite are studied. Also, the I-V characteristic of the synthesized thin film is obtained. We report on remarkably high electroluminescence (EL), and absorption spectra of the CH3NH3PbBr3 thin film perovskite which is promising for future light emitting diodes and panels.
