摘要

Acid hydrolysis with HC1 proved to be an effective method of K.alvarezu biomass hydrolysis. The highest amount of TRS and higher extraction yield was -2.72 g.L~(-1) and 89.84% respectiyely. However, the same hydrolysis conditions also produce certain amount of HMF, particularly at higher temperatures, which could prevent H_2-fermentation.
