This paper investigates the influence of scaled distance on shockwave overpressure for plastic explosive PPE-01. Series of tests were conducted in order to measure the shockwave overpressure at different distances for various small explosive charge weights. Shockwave overpressure was measured using piezoelectric probes. Different equations for shockwave overpressure were examined to fit the experimental data and Sadovskiy equation Δp = 1.06/Z + 4.67/Z~2 + 15.5/Z~3 has shown good agreement with the experimental data with COD 0.98134 and average relative standard error (ARS) of 0.1927.
