摘要

The paper proposes a new approach to the design of optical stabilization systems used in modern industrial equipment. Various causes of equipment vibrations are considered. Miscellaneous designs of existing optical stabilization devices are evaluated. Some important features of their design and the possibility of using them as part of Computer Numeric Control (CNC) machines are studied. The reason and the process of creating a new design and modified mathematical model of the spatial mechanism with parallel kinematics are proposed. A new optical stabilization system using a modified Stewart platform is suggested. Features of design, motion and control are investigated. The band of allowed parameters is estimated.
