摘要

Heat dissipation in switching power supply has become an increasingly severe problem as the power density increases. Evaporative cooling technology, using the latent heat of cooling medium to take away heat, has high cooling efficiency. However, there is a compatibility issue between the cooling medium and the materials of switching power supply, which may cause stability and insulation problems. The paper aims at investigating compatibility of materials, including the design of compatibility experimental device, the design of switching power supply and experimental result analysis. The studies will provide necessary technical support for the application of the evaporative cooling technology on switching power supply.
