摘要

Electrical machine for traction drive has to fulfil a lot of requirements to improve the initiation of e-mobility. Especially high efficiency and long service life are the main requirements for battery electric vehicles. Moreover, the suitable voltage range for battery electric vehicles has been more often discussed in the last time. The voltage range determine several specification and design configuration e.g. safety requirement, electromagnetic emissions, power density and insulation of the electrical machine. This paper deals with the influence of the voltage range on the electrical machine performance. Both outer rotor and inner rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor are investigated in this work.
