摘要

In this paper, the hysteresis loss characteristics of 3D printed iron silicon samples are compared with soft magnetic composite material. Design of experiments is used to evaluate the effect of printing parameters on hysteresis loss. Printing parameters considered in this paper include the sintering temperature, the addition of boron compound, and the silicon content in the starting powder. The addition of boron in the 3D printing process of iron silicon samples is shown to reduce the intrinsic coercivity and hysteresis loss.
