Methodology for evaluation effectiveness and efficiency in management of IT-projects

摘要

The present paper represents methodological approach for effectiveness and efficiency of IT project management, part of a comprehensive research in Bulgarian high-tech companies. Traditional and Agile methods are explored on the base of different developed indicators establishing wasted time and increased costs for the final product and result, due to the imperfection in IT project management of the companies.
